The Furla Group Board of directors has unanimously appointed Alberto Camerlengo as
new Furla’s Chief Executive Officer.
Alberto Camerlengo, 52, graduated in Economics at the Bocconi University of Milan, boasts a solid career in the luxury goods sector and a strong retail experience.
After a significant experience in the US, from 1999 to 2004, he held the Chief Operating Officer position in Fossil Italy. Then – from 2004 to 2011 - has been appointed Chief Executive Officer in Brooks Brothers Europe.
Alberto Camerlengo joined Furla in 2011 as General Manager, thanks to his strong strategic vision he contributed to the business growth and the Brand’s awareness.
Giovanna Furlanetto, the President of the Furla Group, stated: “The appointment of Alberto Camerlengo is a strong sign of continuity and represents the Company’s will to continue its current path of growth and development.
