WILLIAM GRANT & SONS APPOINT JUSTIN WESTON AS NEW MANAGING DIRECTOR GLOBAL TRAVEL RETAIL

 
William Grant & Sons are delighted to announce the appointment of Justin Weston as Managing Director, Global Travel Retail.  Justin will take up his new position on 1st April 2014 and will report directly to Maurice Doyle, the Chief Marketing Officer.



In an important strategic move for the company, Justin will be based in Singapore to help take advantage of the rapidly growing Asian and Middle East Travel Retail markets.

Justin has a very strong grounding within luxury goods and premium spirits.  He joins from Remy Cointreau where he held the post of Managing Director & CEO for the Global Liqueurs & Spirits Division.  Prior to this he held senior marketing positions based in the USA with the Fosters Wine Group and with Pernod Ricard/Allied Domecq, joining the latter from LVMH where he held the role of Regional Director Americas based out of France.

Justin is extremely well travelled having lived and worked in Hong Kong, Japan, the US, Australia, the UK and currently France.

Justin takes over leadership of the GTR business unit at a critical time as we launch the new Glenfiddich Cask Collection and take the next steps in our premiumisation and gifting strategy.
