World of Patria brings on-trend designer Emma Lomax bags to Cannes

In a new direction for the company, World of Patria International (WOPI) is bringing a range of high fashion travel and make-up bags from one of the UKs trendiest young designers to TFWA World Exhibition (stand G13 Blue Village). Emma Lomax offers a beautiful range of hand-finished, embroidered bags and accessories that are practical, functional, and lovingly designed to make everyone smile.

Already taking the UK market by storm, with top-level consumer media coverage and high-profile listings including Selfridges, Harrods, Harvey Nichols, Fenwicks and Fortnum & Mason, the Emma Lomax collection is now available to travel retail exclusively from WOPI.

With price points designed to be accessible to both medium and high-income shoppers aged from 21 to 60, designs are bold, fun and stand-out. Top selling make-up pouches with designs including Luscious Lips and Lipstick 16 Lips will brighten up any consumer offer, while the transparent SOS bags for life essentials are perfect to sell individually, with contents, or can be used as the basis for an amenity kit or gwp against a cosmetic or skincare purchase. With motifs such as airplane and anchor, the SOS bags are perfect for travel retail.

Says Sally Curson, International Account Manager: Table displays of Emma Lomax cosmetic, makeup and SOS bags in Fenwicks and counter displays in Selfridges have proved phenomenally successful, clearly driving incremental impulse sales. Fenwick reports triple digit growth in sales of cosmetic bags this year, with new designs added each month to maintain interest and freshness.

With listings already agreed through International Diplomatic Supplies, WOPI is confident that Emma Lomax bags will be one of the highlight new brands at TFWA World Exhibition this year.

About Emma Lomax: A talented designer, Emma started embroidering at the age of eight. She learnt from both her mother and the talented seamstresses at the Royal School of Needlework in Hampton Court Palace.  With the support of friends, family and with an initial order from one of Britains top retailers she started her own label in 2012. Each product in the range is designed by Emma. She creates all the first samples herself, by hand. Then limited edition runs of each bag are produced, with talented seamstresses hand finishing each bag.
Today Emma Lomax bags can be found in many top retailers. Her designs have been featured by Vogue, Elle, Harpers Bazaar and a host of other respected publications.
