Worldwide is delighted to announce the appointment of Janet
Milner-Walker to the newly created position of Senior Buying Manager.
She reports directly into Ian Cowie, Managing Director.
Janet
has over 15 years of buying and marketing experience in the retail
and FMCG industries with leading brands such as De Beers, Marks &
Spencer, Alliance Boots and The Body Shop. She will oversee the
development and implementation of purchasing strategy and product
portfolio management in line with the company’s growth plans.
Commenting
on the appointment, Ian Cowie said: ‘The new role is part of
Scorpio’s long term commitment to customer service and innovation.
Janet’s expertise will be invaluable in helping us to deliver an
even greater customer experience and I am looking forward to working
with her during this exciting stage in the company’s continued
development.’
The
role is effective immediately and Janet will be based at the
company’s headquarters in Crawley in the United Kingdom.
