Morgan & Oates brings new identity to collections in Cannes

At TFWA World Exhibition & Conference this year (stand Mediterranean P19), Morgan & Oates is focusing on its exclusive use of natural fibres to buyers, renaming its collections to give each a personality of its own and highlight fabric origins and heritage. The company has also relaunched its website to reflect this new approach.










“We realized that buyers did not understand the differences between our collections; nor the fact that we only use natural fibres and no synthetic materials at any time,” explains Kevin Galbraith, Sales Director Worldwide. “We’ve completely redesigned our website to more clearly explain our philosophy and, as part of this have named each collection to better identify its heritage. For example our 100% Cashmere made in the UK scarves are now called The Balmoral Collection while the 100% Silk wraps are called The Elixir Collection.”

Cannes will see Morgan & Oates introduce various new designs within THE HERITAGE COLLECTION of 60 x 180cm blended cashmere wraps. Only the finest Cashmere and Merino Wool fibres have been used to create this irresistible and luxurious collection of wraps. The wraps are woven in China’s Mongolian region and are offered in seasonally changing range of sophisticated, modern and classically on-trend designs. Each is 10% Cashmere/90% Merino.
New for the coming season are:  Burgundy/ coral block check. The distinctive floral design in a stunning mix of coral, pinks and burgundy on a distinctive background of oblong checks makes a brilliant fashion statement perfect for the season ahead. This gorgeous design is also available in soft lavender and purple hues.
Raindrop. This gentle design is now in a soft blend of cream, gold, brown and black. Perfect for autumn, Raindrop is also offered in grey tones on white and soft pink with beige.
Stripes and borders. This elegant and distinctive design is stunning with its black and white stripes surrounded by a border of deep royal blue.
It is available in various colour ways including grey white stripes and pale pink border.

THE BALMORAL COLLECTION: 100% MADE IN UK Cashmere. Manufactured in the UK from 100% pure Cashmere, sympathetically dyed using natural colours. Soft, fine and utterly gorgeous to the touch, the collection offers scarves for women and men in classic and modern designs.

THE NEPAL COLLECTION: Luxurious Blend 10% Cashmere, 30% Silk and 60% Merino Ringshawl.
