Disaronno has launched the 5th edition of the international Disaronno
Mixing Star competition, and this year the Australian winner will be
heading to New Orleans to attend Tales of the Cocktail.
The competition focuses on creating the most original cocktail that
enhances the mixability and taste of Disaronno, as well as the
performance and entertainment that is inherent in every bartender.
The first phase of recruitment will take place online at www.themixingstar.com, where professional bartenders wishing to participate can now register until 22nd April 2015 by submitting a signature cocktail made with Disaronno.
From here eight finalists will be selected to participate in the
Australian final and vie for the coveted title of Disaronno Mixing Star
Australia. The ultimate winner will fly to New Orleans to attend Tales
of the Cocktail, the most important international event dedicated to the
world of cocktails and mixology, and take part in a wide range of
events, seminars, experimentations and tastings.
